Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original, unopened packaging.
• You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• Certain perishable goods, such as protein bars or chilled beverages, may not be eligible for returns if the seal is broken.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please contact our support team at support@gzikart.com with your order number. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
